Teri O'Connor is the President and CEO of O’Connor Financial Services, LLC (OFS) and Senior Executive Consultant of ALTUS Consulting Group. She has 35 years of corporate retirement plan service and development experience. Her practice began with 401(k) planning and corporate retirement packages in several states before expanding to financial advisement and individual planning. Teri has helped clients with a variety of individual and employee benefits including SEPs, Simple IRAs and annuities.
Teri is securities and insurance licensed in multiple states and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. She has also earned the designations of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC). She is a VFA President Club member, a board member of the ERISA Plan Investment Consultants (EPIC), a member of the South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and sits on Voya Retirement’s National Advisors Board.
The Financial Times has named Teri one of the Top Defined Contribution Advisors in the nation each year since their inaugural list began in 2015.* She and her husband, Jim, have lived in or near The Woodlands, Texas, for 30 years and have two grown children, Ryan and Jordan.

Greg began his career in 1993 and joined Fidelity Financial Group in 1998. He has attained the designation of Registered Financial Consultant and is an Investment Advisor Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., holding the Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. Greg also holds Life, Health, and Variable Insurance licenses, as well as being Annuity, Long Term Care, and Medicare certified by the State of Texas Insurance Department. Some of Greg's professional achievements include graduating from the ING Retirement Academy and the Advisory University. He has appeared as a regular guest on the Financially Speaking Radio Show, featured on Channel 2 News, and held committee positions in the South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.
Both Greg and his wife, Laura, are native Houstonians and have been residents of the Woodlands and South Montgomery County since 1976. He is considered to be the "barn dad" for his daughter Emma's horseback riding, and is extremely active in his son Sullivan's Cub Scout Troop.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University. During his travels as a Project Engineer, both domestically and internationally, he learned the importance of financial planning.
Michael is an Investment Advisor Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. and has obtained the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. He also holds Variable Annuity and Life, Health, and Disability insurance product licenses.
He is a constant student of the financial industry; always searching for better ways to aide his clients in achieving their dignified retirement. He prides himself as a lifelong learner and continues to take part in conferences, continuing education, and technology programs to maintain a leading intellectual competitive advantage. Michael has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations.
